Dymo Label Software Has Stopped Working

Installed the program as per the instructions but when i click on the icon i get the message the the program has stopped working. Hellomy name is have a dymo labelwriter twin turbo model no93085.

I had a dymo 400 label machine which was working fine on a windows 2008 terminal server using the 78 software.
